We are seeking a friendly and professional Hostess to join our team. As a Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they feel welcome and providing excellent customer service. You will manage reservations, seating arrangements, and maintain a smooth flow of guests in the dining area.

- Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, flatware, and cooking utensils.

- Load and unload dishwashing machines or wash items by hand.

- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area.

- Assist in maintaining kitchen cleanliness, including garbage removal and cleaning food prep equipment.

- Follow health and safety guidelines, including proper handling of chemicals and cleaning agents.

As a Food Runner, you will play a key role in ensuring timely and accurate delivery of food orders from the kitchen to guests. You’ll work closely with the kitchen and serving staff to maintain a smooth workflow, assist with clearing tables, and ensure a clean, organized dining area.

As a Pool Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and clean environment around the pool area. Duties include supervising pool activities, ensuring guest safety, managing poolside equipment, and providing excellent customer service. You will also handle pool maintenance tasks and enforce pool rules and regulations.

- Develop and execute a diverse and enticing pastry menu.

- Create and refine recipes to ensure consistent quality and presentation.

- Oversee the production of pastries, desserts, and baked goods.

- Maintain strict quality control standards and adhere to health and safety regulations.

- Manage inventory and collaborate with suppliers for ingredient procurement.

- Lead and motivate the pastry kitchen team, providing guidance and training as needed.

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless dining experience.
